Agnieszka is Software Engineering Manager with 8 years experience in IT. She graduated from Gdansk University of Technology to pursue her career as a software engineer. Currently, she’s an engineering manager for Cloud and Enterprise Software Solutions. She has lead projects in flight optimization domain, Windows & Linux caching drivers and new generation of data center solutions.
Strong sides: data oriented, makes quick decisions, works well under stress, is well organized and has experience working in various methodologies and diverse groups.
She loves challenges and technology, she gathers energy from working with technical engineers and believes that truth and transparency as well as inclusion are really important in the workplace.
In her free time she often does skydiving, climbing or puzzles.
